2. We'll email you a digital invoice for 50% deposit
3. We'll email you a ship label so you can package the glasses you want customized. The customization is done on the lenses only
   
4. We customize your glasses. Up to a two-week lead time
   
5. We'll notify you when your glasses are done
6. Pay the balance and we'll ship your glasses

No refunds as these glasses are customized. Prices adjust to the amount of customization needed and intricacy of engraving requested.
